Empresaria PLC (LON:EMR) will post slightly higher interim profits as strong performances in North and South America offset the regulatory disruption in Germany and Japan.
"For the first half, adjusted profit before tax is up approximately 2% and net fee income is down approximately 1% on the prior year," the staffing group said in a statement.

Empresaria remains on course to meet market expectations for the full year, it added.
The group’s presence in Latin America was strengthened recently by the acquisition of Grupo Solimano in Peru.
Spencer Wreford, Empresaria’s chief executive, added: "The group continues to work through the impact of regulatory changes in key markets and is well positioned to return those businesses to growth."
