Dragontail Systems Ltd (ASX:DTS) has mobilised its Algo Dispatching Platform at all 38 of Yum! Asia’s Pizza Hut stores in Singapore.
Yum! Asia, which also operates KFC and Taco Bell outlets, is part of a wider network of some 2,000 Pizza Hut stores in Asia.
Perth-based Dragontail said its latest rollout was the fastest completion time it had achieved to date, with a special team flown in for the deployment process.
Platform integrated swiftly
The quick-service systems provider said it was able to implement its platform swiftly and effectively at a rate of six stores a day.
Dragontail’s rollout involved integration with two point-of-sale companies.
The Australian company integrated its Algo system with Pizza Hut’s Glite online platform to streamline food preparation and delivery.
Dragontail’s integration also allows drivers to integrate with the system on their phones.
Shares increase 20%
Investors responded positively with shares up 20% to 15 cents intra-day.
Managing director Ido Levanon said: “We are confident that the effectiveness will be reflected in the activity of the stores, customer satisfaction and rate return on investment.”
Pizza Hut Singapore general manager Paddy Rangappa said the business was pleased with Dragontail’s project execution and it had met its schedules.
“We are confident that the unique benefits of the Algo Dispatching System and its special modules within the system will contribute dramatically to our operations and effectiveness,” he said.
Weezmo Technologies agreement
Last week Dragontail signed a collaboration agreement with software company Weezmo Technologies which provides automated invoicing, remarketing and analysis designed to help companies increase customer conversion.
The new partners have tipped their collaboration will result in Dragontail’s systems being deployed more quickly at its customer sites.
