GetBusy can’t explain recent share price surge

Shares have jumped 60% over the past few weeks and even GetBusy isn’t sure why

Software developer GetBusy Plc (LON:GETB) was one of the top fallers in London on Monday morning after telling the market it can’t explain its recent share price rise.

Shares had surged more than 60% so far this month, seemingly on no news whatsoever.

The AIM-quoted firm said it was “not aware of any reason” for the sudden price movement and that trading is in line with expectations ahead of its interim results which are due to be published next week.

Shares were down 11.6% to 58.8p early on Monday.
