The AIM/Nasdaq-listed group already has phase III trials underway in China for pancreatic and non-pancreatic NET after positive results from a Phase II study in BTC.
The primary endpoints for the US trial include progression-free survival, overall survival and duration of response.
Patients enrolled in the trial will have advanced BTC that has progressed under first-line chemotherapy or advanced pancreatic NET.
NET is a cancer of the cells that make up the endocrine system in the respiratory and digestive tracts and usually affects people over fifty.
