KEFI Minerals (LON:KEFI) said Harry Anagnostaras-Adams is relinquishing the role of executive chairman to become managing director.
His deputy, and senior independent director, Mark Wellesley-Wood, is stepping up to the job.KEFI said the move reflects the “board's desire to strengthen its corporate governance as the company transitions to the mine build and operational phases of its development”.
Anagnostaras-Adams has chaired the gold exploration and development business since 2014.
