Keywords added that Snowed In had a strong global reputation across the video game sector as well as established relationships with large clients such as Ubisoft and Bethesda.
Andrew Day, Keywords’ chief executive said the acquisition would add strength and scale to the group’s recently established engineering service line, as well as enabling Snowed In the take advantage of Keywords’ presence in the region to support its growth.
The acquisition follows a series of new appointments to the company’s board earlier in July, with the company creating the positions of both chief commercial officer and chief marketing officer to help drive growth in the business.
In early morning trading Friday, Keywords' shares were up 0.7% at 1,802p.
