Next Fifteen Communications Group Plc (LON:NFC) has snapped up digital marketing business Technical Associates Group in a deal worth up to £3.6mln.
From its offices in the UK, Germany and Singapore, TAG works with industrial engineering companies to build their brands and counts sector giants National Instruments, HIMA and Atlas Copco among its clients.
Once the acquisition formally completes, TAG will trade as a member of the Publitek group and the company’s managing directors, Sylvia Laws and Ian Clay, will both join the Publitek board.

Next 15 is paying £1.9mln in cash and £0.3mln in shares up front, followed by up to £1.4mln related to certain performance milestones over the next couple of years.
“By bringing TAG into the Publitek group, we now offer clients of both businesses greater geographic reach and broaden our expertise for clients in the industrial engineering sector,” said Publitek’s founder and chairman Bob Jones.
“What’s more, the team brings valuable digital skills and experience, particularly in marketing automation.”
