Oilex (LON:OEX) announced that trading in its ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has been halted pending an announcement in relation to completion of an equity financing. The announcement is expected to be made within the next two days.
Motive Television (LON:MTV) reported that, since the first half results announcement, significant progress has been made integrating into the group the two acquisitions previously announced, Adecq Digital, and NXV Limited.

Salamander Energy (LON:SMDR) said its partnership with Lundin Petroleum AB has been awarded a new production sharing contract (PSC) in the most recent Indonesian Licensing Round.
The South Sokang block is located in the Natuna Sea, offshore Indonesia. Salamander will hold a 40% interest and Lundin will hold a 60% interest and be the operator.
National Grid (LON:NG) has signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp, on the sale of its Granite State Electric and EnergyNorth businesses in New Hampshire, subject to regulatory approval, for a total sale price of US$285 million.
Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES) announced that the board has resolved to issue 6 million warrants to officers and directors of the Company and to employees of Tertiary Minerals plc, working on the Company's behalf.
Each warrant is convertible to one new ordinary share at the price of 2.5p pence per share at any time within 4 years from 7 December 2011.
