Neon Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: NTGN) will be one of the first IPOs of the week, pricing its shares Wednesday. The clinical-stage immuno-oncology company is developing cancer treatments. The therapies are designed to direct the immune system towards neoantigens, or peptides found on the surface of cancer cells. The Cambridge-based company will issue more than 6.2 million shares priced between US$15 and US$17, raising as much as US$105mln.
HyreCar Inc (NASDQ:HYRE) will also price its share on Wednesday. The car-sharing rental platform matches Uber and Lyft drivers with rental cars. Car owners can list their vehicles on the platform for a 15% fee and drivers can rent the cars for a 10% fee. The Los Angeles-based company will issue 2 million shares priced between US$5 and US$6, raising as much as US$12mln.
Uxin Ltd (NASDAQ:UXIN) is the second car company to price its shares this week. The Beijing-based company operates an online used car platform. Both consumers and car dealers can buy and sell vehicles on the platform. The company will issue more than 38 million shares priced between US$10.50 and US$12.50, raising as much as US$475mln.
Thursday
BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings Inc (NYSE:BJ) will be the largest IPO of the week. The warehouse membership chain operates 215 stores mostly along the East Coast. There are around 5 million members, paying around US$110 in annual fees. The Massachusetts-based company will issue 37.5 million shares priced between US$15 and US$17, raising as much as US$637.5mln.
Translate Bio Inc (NASDAQ:TBIO) will price its shares on Thursday. The biotech is developing therapeutics to treat cystic fibrosis and OTC deficiency, an inherited condition that causes ammonia to build up in the blood. The treatments are intended to restore protein function in these patients. The Cambridge-based company will issue 7.7 million shares, priced between US$12 and US$14, raising as much as US$1078mln.
Brightview Holdings Inc (NYSE:BV) is one of two companies pricing its share to trade on the New York Stock Exchange this week. The company provides landscaping design and maintenance to commercial customers. Client projects include AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, and the Atlanta Braves’ stadium. The California-based company will issue 21.3 million shares priced between US$22 and US$25, raising as much as US$532.5mln.
GoodBulk Ltd (NASDAQ:GBLK) will also price its shares on Thursday. The company owns and operates a fleet of 25 ships that transport dry bulk goods. The Monaco-based company was founded in 2016 to own second-hand shipping vessels. The company will issue 8.5 million shares priced between US$15.50 and US$17.50, raising as much as US$148.7mln.
Neuronetics Inc (NASDAQ:STIM) is the only medical device pricing its shares this week. The company developed a transcranial stimulation device designed to target areas in the brain that are underactive in people with depression. The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy Systems are in 615 psychiatrist offices and have treated an estimated 50,000 patients. The Pennsylvania-based company will issue 5 million shares priced between US$14 and US$16, raising as much as US$80mln.
Tricida Inc (NASDAQ:TCDA) is another biotech pricing shares this week. The late-stage company is developing a treatment for patients with chronic kidney disease. The company plans to file for FDA approval for its drug TRC101 in the second half of 2019. The drug may be able to treat metabolic acidosis, a condition in which acid builds up and speeds up the progression of chronic kidney disease. The California-based company will issue 10.3 million shares priced between US$16 and US$18, raising as much as US$185.4mln.
EverQuote Inc (NASDAQ:EVER) joins the list of car-related companies pricing shares this week. The company operates an online insurance shopping marketplace, offering auto, home or life insurance to US customers. The aim is to make insurance shopping simpler and more cost-effective. The Cambridge-based company will issue more than 4.6 million shares priced between US$15 and US$17, raising as much as US$78.2mln.
Forty Seven Inc (NASDAQ:FTSV) is the fourth biotech pricing shares this week. The company is developing immunotherapies to treat various cancers. Its immunotherapeutic 5F9 is an anti-body designed to block the signal that prevents cancer cells from being attacked by the immune system, a signal the company refers to as the CD47 “don’t eat me” signal. The California-based company will issue 6.7 million shares priced between US$14 and US$16, raising as much as US$93.8mln.
Friday
Domo Inc (NASDAQ:DOMO) will price its shares at the end of the week. The cloud company provides customers with real-time data via its analytics software. Although previously valued around the billion-dollar mark, the Utah-based company’s IPO filing values it at US$511.6mln. The analytics company will issue 9.2 million shares priced between US$19 and US$22, raising as much as US$202.4mln.
