NCC chief financial officer Brian Tenner to step down

NCC Group PLC (LON:NCC) has announced that Brian Tenner, group’s chief financial officer, will be leaving the company to pursue other interests.

“Brian plans to leave in August following the presentation of the group's full-year results and investor road-show in the last two weeks of July 2018,” NCC said.

The global cyber security and risk mitigation group said that a search for Brian Tenner’s successor is underway.

Commenting on his departure Chris Stone, NCC Group chairman, said: "I'd like to thank Brian for the enormous contribution he has made at NCC Group.”

“He joined the company at a critical time, combining his role as CFO with that of interim CEO to great effect during the 2017 Strategic Review and in the months which followed. I wish him every future success," Chris Stone said.

NCC also said that it continues to trade in line with its expectations and will report preliminary results for the year ending 31 May 2018 on 17 July 2018.
