WH Smith Plc (LON:SMWH) has been voted the UK’s worst High Street retailer, and has been in the bottom two of the survey for the last eight years.

In the survey carried out in January, Which? asked more than 10,356 shoppers how satisfied they were with a store and how likely they were to recommend it to a friend.

Clinton Cards, Sports Direct International PLC (LON:SPD) and plus size clothing retailer Evans were also among the worst rated high street brands.
