IronRidge Resources appoints new non-executive chairman

The AIM-listed miner said Neil Herbert would succeed Nick Mather, who would remain on the board as a non-executive director

IronRidge Resources Limited (LON:IRR) has appointed Neil Herbert as non-executive chairman with immediate effect.

The AIM-listed miner said Herbert would succeed Nick Mather, who would remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Herbert joined IronRidge upon its admission to AIM in February 2015 as an independent Non-executive director and is the chair of the remuneration and nomination committee as well as a member of the audit and risk committee.

Vincent Mascolo, IronRidge chief executive, said: “We welcome Neil to the Board as Non-Executive Chairman, whose experience and knowledge will be an invaluable asset to the Group as it continues to advance its project portfolio."
