Kincora Copper (CVE:KCC) announced today it issued 210,000 shares for service on May 11, 2018. The shares were issued to certain directors, officers and service providers on account of services, between the period of Oct. 1, 2017 and Dec. 31, 2017, at a deemed price of C$0.25 per share.
The shares are subject to a four-month holding period, which expires in September.
Kincora shares closed flat at C$0.12 on Tuesday.
