The company’s products enable providers to digitise much of the patient journey

1st Group Ltd (ASX:1ST) will provide a full suite of its MyHealth1st digital health products to a fast-growing network of 34 GP medical centres.

The Australian digital health, media and technology group has signed a two-year contract with the network, replacing an existing online appointment booking provider.

1st Group will supply an integrated MyHealth1st Online Appointment, EasyRecalls, EasyFeedback, EasyCheckin-Kiosks and 1st Insight Business Intelligence product suite.

Full suite of products

It is the first time that a healthcare group has signed up to all five major products in a single deal, which will be integrated with the network's practice software systems.

This will enable the group to digitise more of the patient journey, drive practice efficiency and improve health outcomes.

1st Group’s managing director Klaus Bartosch said: "We are delighted to partner with this impressive and fast-growing network of GP Medical Centres.

“We were chosen over other competitors because of our superior patient interface, low impact on front desk staff and alignment with the practice’s own values.

“That is supporting continuity of care, protecting their existing patient relationships and nurturing patient health literacy.

“It’s an exciting validation of our product range, technology expertise and execution capabilities."

Rolled out in phases

The digital solutions will be rolled out in phases over the coming months to enable each practice to gradually become familiar with each module.

Under the contract, 1st Group will receive monthly recurring subscription fees, usage fees, kiosk hardware costs and set-up fees.

Also serving pet care market

1st Group is also looking to expand in the pet care market through its online pet service portal PetYeti.com.au.

Another integrated platform, GoBookings.com, targets the corporate and government solutions market segment, once again providing appointment booking services.
