Alliance Pharma plc (LON:ALP) has extended its manufacturing contract with AIM-listed Venture Life PLC (LON:VLG).
Venture Life already manufactures numerous products for Alliance and the agreement confirms the extension of these arrangements to 31 December 2025.

New products are part of the extended contract and these will bring in at least €1.6mlin in additional revenue annually.
Alliance has a portfolio of 90 healthcare products sold in more than 100 countries and is one of Venture Life's significant customers.
The new products are set to come onstream later this year, while the contract also offers Venture Life the opportunity to pitch for future new business put out to tender by Alliance.
