The New York Stock Exchange says it has suspended trading today in mega-cap stocks Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), Google parent Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG, NASDAQ:GOOGL), Zion Oil & Gas Inc. (NASDAQ:ZN) and Booking.com operator Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:BKNG).
All four are listed on Nasdaq. The shares continue to trade on other exchanges, including Nasdaq, as well as NYSE Arca and NYSE American.
The NYSE issued statement that said: “Due to the previously announced price scale code issue affecting BCCG execution reports, trading in the following Tape C symbols will be suspended for the balance of the trading day. Any open orders in these securities will be cancelled.”
Alphabet shares last traded up 0.61% to US$,026.15; Amazon shares were down 0.51% to US$1,452.52; and Booking Holding stopped at US$2081.19, 0.6% higher than the previous close.
