Paving slabs specialist Marshalls PLC (LON:MSLH) has appointed Vanda Murray, currently Fenner’s chair, to take over in May when Andrew Allner steps down as chairman.
Allner announced he would relinquish the post after he was appointed chairman of SIG PLC in November.

As well as Fenner, Murray sits on the board of Bunzl PLC, a FTSE 100 packaging group, and Redrow the housebuilder.
