The Anglo-Dutch company said at its annual general meeting (AGM) that the simplification of its dual parent holding company structure is in progress and is expected to complete in the third quarter of this year.
“We are confident that, by continuing to execute on our strategy, we will deliver another year of underlying growth in revenue and in adjusted operating profit, together with growth in adjusted earnings per share on a constant currency basis,” it said in its AGM statement.
The shares were up 3p at 1,506.5p in mid-afternoon trading.
