Harvest Minerals Limited (LON:HMI) has announced that the application to register its multi-nutrient natural fertiliser, KPfertil has been processed by the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) in Brazil.
The AIM-listed natural fertiliser producer said in a statement that MAPA is now required to conduct a site visit to the company’s Arapua Fertiliser Project, most likely later in April. It is anticipated that the registration will then be granted shortly after that.

Brian McMaster, executive chairman of Harvest, said: “The certification process for KPfertil as a remineraliser has taken longer than we initially thought, although I’d like to reiterate that there have been no issues with KPfertil itself.”
He added: “The delay has not impacted on our day to day activities or our ability to produce and sell KPfertil as demonstrated by the signing of a 36Kt sales contract at the start of the month.”
“Our focus is now on growing sales and revenues and I look forward to providing further updates,” McMaster concluded.
