Teranga has earn-in agreement with Boss
Teranga has an earn-in agreement on the Golden Hill property with Boss and is aggressively drilling all five prospects – Ma, Peksou, Jackhammer Hill, C-Zone and Nahiri.
Golden Hill comprises three adjacent exploration permits covering 470 square kilometres in southwest Burkina Faso in the central part of the Houndé Greenstone Belt.
Within prolific Houndé Greenstone Belt
This belt hosts a number of high-grade gold discoveries, including the Siou, Yaramoko and Houndé deposits, the latter being contiguous with Golden Hill.
To the south of Golden Hill is another large land position where active exploration programs are well underway.
Aim to announce maiden resource
Teranga has initiated preliminary technical work in parallel with the drill program and aims to announce an initial resource estimation for the most advanced prospects by end of 2018.
It has also secured a $25 million financing commitment for future advancements of Golden Hill to a feasibility study.
Boss is free carried in the joint venture prior to completion of a definitive feasibility study and decision to mine.
