Luke Leslie has retired as non-executive chairman of the board of Kincora Copper Ltd (CVE:KCC).
Leslie has been replaced by Duchintav Khojgor, Kincora's local partner in Mongolia.
Entrepreneur Khojgor has been a major shareholder since Kincora's formation and has been involved with many Mongolian mining and exploration entities.
"Luke has played an invaluable role on our board over the last seven years since being instrumental in the formation of Kincora, including as chairman of the group and chairman of the audit committee," Khojgor said.
"His judgment and strategic acumen benefited our people and our shareholders during a long period of service," he added.
