On March 9, the company told investors that Mercuria had requested an additional two weeks to complete necessary documentation for the deal, and, accordingly, the timeline for the transaction was extended by two weeks.
Vast has today said that it continues to make progress to finalise the transaction in line with that timeline.
“The market will be kept informed of developments,” Vast added.
