MySQUAR unveils new strategy card game, Wushu King

MySQUAR Limited (LON:MYSQ) has announced the release of its new strategy card mobile game, Wushu King, which focuses on elements of both Chinese and Myanmar folklore.

The AIM-listed Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform said the game would take place in the Wulin world, a genre of Chinese fiction, and will feature a mixture of heroes including those from Myanmar folklore while incorporating elements of chibi anime - a style of Japanese animation.

The game will also allow players to create guilds for more interactive gameplay, the company said.

Stephen Chong, chief operating officer of MySQUAR, said: "We are excited to release our second Wuxia mobile game and expect it will have widespread appeal to gamers in Myanmar. 

He added: “MySQUAR remains the largest publisher of Myanmar-language mobile games. Wushu King is the eleventh game we have released in just under two years.  The Company will keep releasing mobile games on a regular basis and continues to seek mobile gaming partnerships to augment our existing game pipeline."
