Mporium Group PLC (LON:MPM) has appointed Glyn Shadwell to the position of chief operating officer, a non-board position, with immediate effect.
The AIM-listed mobile advertising company said Shadwell has over 20 years’ experience in the marketing sector and was most recently head of strategy & client partnerships at digital advertiser Quantcast Corp.

Nelius De Groot, Mporium's chief executive, said: "Glyn is a well-known and respected figure within the industry and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and relationships to Mporium. Mporium shares held steady in morning trading at 7.8p.
