Asiamet Resources Limited (LON:ARS) (CVE:ARS) has announced positive results from the column leach test work being undertaken as part of the Bankable Feasibility study on the Beruang Kanan Main (BKM) copper deposit in Kalimantan, Indonesia. In a statement, the AIM-listed firm said that, following a 270-day leach cycle, metallurgical results obtained from the long column (6-metre) programme, support the results previously reported in the short column test work released on 19 December 2017.
Solo Oil PLC (LON:SOLO) launched a £2mln at the same time as it revealed it will acquire an additional stake in the Horse Hill oil project in southern England. It has agreed a deal with Primorus Investments Plc to acquire a 5% stake in the HHDL vehicle which owns 65% of Horse Hill. The transaction increases Solo’s holding in HHDL to 15%, giving the company an effective 9.75% interest in the underlying oil project.

The Marketing Group PLC (TMG) (NASDAQ OMX:TMG) has acquired a minority stake in micro-influencer platform Narratrs to strengthen its influencer marketing reach. Global marketing network TMG paid €485,000 cash for a 14% stake in Narratrs, a price that values it at €4.1mln.
AdEPT Telecom plc (LON:ADT) said it has been notified that Christopher Kingsman, a non-executive director of the company, has today increased his shareholding in the group following the purchase of 800,000 ordinary shares by Greenwood Investments Limited at a price of 305p each. Following the purchase, Kingsman is now interested in 5,049,357 ordinary shares held via Greenwood Investments Limited, representing approximately 21.3% of the company’s current issued share capital. The group added that the 800,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the issued share capital were sold on behalf of the beneficiaries to the estate of Christopher Fishwick.
