Pan African Resources plc (LON:PAF) is no longer in talks with the administrators of ASA Resource Group PLC about acquiring some of ASA’s assets.
The precious metals mining group announced on January 29 that it was in exclusive talks with the administrator of ASA, and advised its shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in Pan African shares while talks were in progress.

“Shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in Pan African shares,” Wednesday’s statement said.
