Galantas Gold Corporation (LON:GAL) said an appeal against its operations at the Omagh gold mine in Northern Ireland has been delayed due to illness on the part of the litigant.
Galantas currently has consent to undertake work at Omagh, but this consent has been challenged in the appeal. The appeal date has now been postponed until February 15, and may continue on February 16 if the court so determines.
