WPG Resources Ltd (ASX:WPG) is exposed to exploration upside on multiple fronts thanks to its joint venture with Tyranna Resources Ltd (ASX:TYX).
The company has a 25% stake alongside Tyranna’s 75% share in the Jumbuck joint venture in South Australia.
Importantly, the large-scale 9,726 square kilometre Jumbuck project surround’s WPG’s 100% owned Challenger gold mine operation.
Jumbuck could feed the Challenger mill in the future
The target for the Jumbuck Gold Project is 500,000 ounces of JORC-compliant gold resources.
Work will continue at several prospective targets this year to build on the current 219,000 ounces of JORC-compliant resources.

During the December quarter, WPG recovered 10,671 ounces of gold at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of $1,760 per ounce.
The core focus for WPG is the development of Challenger Deeps.
