Lockheed Martin, Crane Co, Seagate Technology - Before the bell

Proactive takes a look at the pre-market session in New York

US benchmarks closed higher on Friday, but futures point lower as the new trading week begins.

Engineering giant Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT) is in focus and shares gained 3.36% after hours to US$357.50 as its fourth-quarter numbers cheered the market.

Revenue for the fourth quarter was US$15.14bn against a consensus of US$ 14.73bn. Adjusted EPS (earnings per share) was US$4.30 against consensus of US$4.04.

Elsewhere, Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ:STX) is up 2.06% in pre-market to US$56.07. The company is estimated to report quarterly earnings of US$1.15 per share on revenues of $2.74bn.

Reinsurance Group of America Inc (NASDAQ:RGA) closed 0.42% lower on Friday.

Analysts on Wall Street estimate the group to have earned US$2.84 per share on revenues of US$3.18bn in the latest quarter.

The company will release earnings after the markets close.

Last but not least, Crane Co (NYSE:CR) closed on Friday, up 0.26% to US$94.09. The firm is expected to post quarterly earnings of US$1.17 per share on revenues of US$701.94mln after the closing bell.
