Metals explorer Sienna Resources (CSV:SIE) closed an oversubscribed placing, raising gross proceeds of C$2.5mln.
The firm issued 12.5mln units $0.20 each, with each consisting of one share and one transferable warrant, with the warrant exercisable at $0.30 for 60 months.
Previously, it said the funds will be used to develop its cobalt and lithium projects.
