Rotork has named Kevin Hostetler as its new chief executive following the departure of Peter France in July last year.
The manufacturer of industrial flow control equipment said Hostetler will assume the role from March.

Executive chairman, Martin Lamb, will revert to a non-executive chairman position.
Lamb said Hostetler led a three-year turnaround at flow control business FDH Velocitel, a private equity backed telecoms business in the US, and delivered “transformational growth” for shareholders at flow control business IDEX Corp.
“Kevin has an impressive track record of delivering profitable growth in a number of highly respected and innovative global engineering businesses, with significant experience in the flow control sector,” he said.
France stepped down as chief executive with immediate effect after nine years at the helm.
At the time, the company said the board and France mutually agreed that the time is right for a new chief executive to lead a return to growth and margin levels in what is “likely to be a generally lower growth macro environment".
Last year Rotork reported a 20.5% decrease in full year pre-tax profit to £91.1mln and a 8% fall in revenue to £5901mln, both at organic constant currency. The operating margin fell 260 basis points to 20.4%, also at organic constant currency.
