The end customers are two wind turbine OEMs that will incorporate WindVision LiDAR systems in new turbine designs.

Georgian Mining Corporation (LON:GEO) also raced higher as talks with partner Caucasian Mining Group about the 2018 exploration and development programme at the Tethyan Belt in Georgia were said to be at an advanced stage.

Alternative fuel group Quadrise Fuels International PLC (LON:QFI) was heading in the other direction following an update on its boiler project in Saudi Arabia.
“Installations for fuel production are now essentially complete and a third-party engineering study for the boiler consumption phase has been delivered to the client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” a statement said.
“But it is a complex and sizeable piece of kit and there will be an extensive fuel production phase to start in the first quarter 2018, with associated bulk MSAR storage and shipping to the trial boiler to enable the combustion phase to be completed during the second half of 2018.
“The trial will commence once all the agreements are finalised, which is now anticipated to be early in calendar year 2018.”
