Volt Resources Ltd's (ASX:VRC) director Asim Kabunga, has acquired 805,000 listed options (ASX:VRCO) with an expiry date of December 31, 2017 at $0.02.
Volt is a graphite exploration company focused on the exploration and development of its Bunyu Graphite Project in Tanzania.
Kabunga’s options are held under the Kabunga Holdings Pty Ltd, and this recent acquisition increases that entities total holding to nearly 147 million fully paid ordinary shares and 13.2 million options at a strike price of $0.02.
