PCG Entertainment Plc (LON:PCGE), the Asia-Pacific online gaming and media company, said the gambling licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in Canada has been renewed.
It remains in discussions with Nick Bryant, its former chief executive officer, to settle his employment tribunal action, it revealed in its interim results statement.

At the end of September, the group had a cash balance of US$1.97mln, up from US$60,502 at the end of June 2016 (the group has changed its financial year-end).
The loss for the six months to the end of September was US$588,332, versus a loss of US$745,766 in the first half of 2016.
The group had zero revenues in the period, compared to US$4.78mln in the first half of 2016.

The group continued to operate its media licence in China during the reporting period.
Chairman Richard Poulden said PCG continues to examine potential additional deals across geographies and sectors.
