Argent Minerals Ltd (ASX:ARD) recent metallurgical test work further enhanced the potential of the Kempfield project in New South Wales.
The test work exceeded historical assumptions for lead, zinc, silver and gold recoveries.

To advance the next steps, Argent is heading to market with a capital raising, and the ASX has granted the company a trading halt to prepare.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 14th December 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
