360 Blockchain Inc (CNSX:CODE) has hired law firm Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP to aid in its bid to list on the OTCQB marketplace in New York, it said.
The group will act as the firm's designated adviser for disclosure and is a full-service law firm with a focus on international business.
"We look forward to working with 360 Blockchain Inc as their disclosure adviser while management executes its North American growth strategy," said William Rosenstadt, partner at OR LLP.
"In addition to our Canadian and European listings we are conscious that the U.S. trading markets are of importance for disclosure and growth of the company and we are pleased to work with OR LLP as our adviser through this process," said Brian D. Keane, director of 360 Blockchain.
It's a busy period for the group. Last week, it said it was to invest up to $2mln in Arcology - a first of its kind blockchain platform from the Canadian start-up firm Capital Biotech Inc.
It has been invented by visionary innovator Laurent Zhang, the group said.
Shares in 360 Blockchain are up 16% on the day to stand at C$0.32 each.
