US stocks closed predominately in the red and after the bell, another one heading south was retailer Ollie's Bargain Outlet Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:OLLI), whose shares shed 2%.
It came after the group posted a slim beat on third quarter earnings and revenue. Ollie's Bargain shares are up more than 79% in the year to date, notably.
Going the other direction was chip maker and communications major Broadcom Ltd (NASDAQ:AVGO), which added over 5% to US$277.66 as the firm increased its divi payment to US$1.75 from US$1.02 and reported better than expected earnings.
It also gave positive first-quarter revenue guidance.
Elsewhere, Okta Inc (NASDAQ:OKTA) shares were up nearly 5% to US$29.85 after the bell as the firm reported a 61% year-on-year revenue growth.
Okta also said it saw subscription revenue swell 64% compared to the same time last year.
Clothing and lifestyle firm Lululemon Athletica Inc (NASDAQ:LULU) surged over 8% to US$73.25 a share after the bell as the firm posted better than expected earnings and raised its guidance.
The active wear and lifestyle retailer also reported sames-store-sales growth of 7%.
