Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited (LON:GKP) has appointed Jaap Huijskes as a new non-executive director.
Formerly a director at OMV, playing a ‘key role’ in the Austrian’s activities in Kurdistan, as well as senior positions at Shell and Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, Huijskes is said to bring meaningful experience to the GKP board.

“He has an impressive industry track record in the oil and gas sector, including relevant experience in the Kurdistan region of Iraq."
