Emerson Electric, Rockwell Automation, Autodesk, Cyber Monday, Buffalo Wild Wings and more - PRE-MARKET

The group is projected to report quarterly earnings at $0.38 per share on revenue of $339.29 million

US futures are pointing higher on Tuesday.

Also rising slightly ahead of the bell in New York was Emerson Electric Co (NYSEEMR), up 0.07% as the factory automation maker withdrew its offer to buy Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) after the smaller rival rebuffed its buyout offer twice.

"We are disappointed that the Rockwell board refused even to discuss the potential combination of our two great companies," Emerson chief executive David Farr said.

Rockwell shares shed 2.37% after the bell at US$186.51.

Also moving the dial in pre-market trade is Momo Inc (NASDAQ:MOMO), the information technologies group. Shares lost 7.44% to US$28.60 after hours.

The group is projected to report quarterly earnings at $0.38 per share on revenue of $339.29 million.

Also reporting today is Autodesk Inc (NASDAQ:ADSK), which added 1.06% to US$131.62 as it is forecast to report a quarterly loss of US$0.13 per share on revenues of $513.77 million after the closing bell.

In focus aside from the performance on Cyber Monday on Tuesday will also likely to be TransCanada Corp (TSE: TRP) whose shares nudged 0.02% higher to close at C$63.49 in Toronto on Tuesday.

The group said its Keystone Pipeline will resume deliveries on Tuesday following a disruption caused by a leak. The pipeline is a key artery that carries crude into the United States from Alberta.

Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ:BWLD) added 6.56% to US$156 in pre-market as it reportedly agreed to be takeover by private equity firm Roark Capital Group for US$2.4bn.

Roark, which owns Arby’s and Cinnabon, will pay about US$157 per share in cash for the restaurant operator, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.
