Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN) has inked a rig contract for its planned five-well workover programme at the Coos Bay coal bed methane project.
Paul Graham Drilling and Services has been hired for the work which aims to enhance the wholly-owned project, spanning some 45,000 acres in Oregon.

The workovers are part of a low-cost phased development programme which will also see the drilling of two entirely new wells.
The Paul Graham crew and equipment are expected to arrive at Coos Bay this week, with the work starting shortly after and the clean-out of the five wells is anticipated around 25 days into the work programme.
Stephen Schoepfer, Curzon managing director, said: “Following Curzon Energy's successful admission to the London Stock Exchange in October 2017, we have been busy deploying the funds raised to ensure we have the right infrastructure in place for this highly attractive, low risk development.
