Learning Technologies Group PLC (LON:LTG) announced today that Jonathan Satchell, its chief executive, and Harry Hill, a non-executive director, have both added to their shareholdings in the company. The leading e-learning group said Satchell had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in Learning Technologies at a price of 56p each, taking his holding in the company to approximately 18.05%. It added that Hill had acquired 15,000 ordinary shares, also at a price of 56p each, taking his beneficial holding in the company to approximately 0.39%.
