AFTER HOURS: Tesla Inc, General Electric Inc, Wal-Mart Stores Inc, Trump Tax boost

A round-up of the breaking headlines after the closing bell

Tesla Inc’s (NASDAQ:TSLA) electric Semi Truck has received orders from Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE:WMT) and JB Transportation Services, according to the Wall Street Journal.
