Byte Power Group Ltd (ASX:BPG), Atlas Iron Ltd (ASX:AGO) and Australian Mines Ltd (ASX:AUZ) are trading heavy volume in the first hour of the session, despite most of the country taking the day off for the Melbourne Cup.
Byte Power has traded 108 million shares for a 67% gain to $0.005. Less than a week ago the stock was at $0.001.
Earlier in the year the company entered into an agreement with Singapore based Soar Labs Pte Ltd to establish and run a Cryptocurrency Exchange in Brisbane, Australia.
Byte Power recently advised that the technical team at Soar Labs is well advanced in the software development and expects to be Alpha testing the system robustness before the end of the year.
Moving to second place is Atlas Iron, which has traded 72 million shares and ticked higher as trades have gone through on the offer price for a gain of 5.8% to $0.018.
Taking up the final podium spot is Australian Mines, trading 33 million shares and climbing 10.7% to $0.155.
