Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group Plc (LON:SAT) has made three acquisitions for a total of £1.8mln that are “strategically compelling and are immediately accretive to earnings”.
It has bought two fixed wireless broadband Internet service providers and a satellite broadband customer base, paid from part of the proceeds from July’s £8mln share placing.

The deals bring with them 4,000 new customers at an average revenue per user similar to the existing SSW base.
Strong revenue base
Between them Beyond DSL, Clannet Broadband and Eidsiva Breibånd generated historical revenue of £1.67mln and underlying earnings (EBITDA) of £270,000.
"These three bolt-on acquisitions show that we continue to deliver on our strategy of organic and acquisitive growth,” said chief executive Andrew Walwyn.

SSW is a specialist at delivering super-fast broadband to areas not connected to the main town and city networks, usually via satellite.
