European Metals' CEO says results from drilling programme at Cinovec lithium-tin project are “excellent”

The firm’s CEO, Keith Coughlan commented: “These drillholes intersected strong lithium mineralization with significant tin and tungsten contents”

European Metals Holdings Limited (LON:EMH) has completed its six core-hole infill drilling program at the Cinovec lithium-tin project in the Czech Republic and its CEO says the results are “excellent”.

In a statement, the AIM traded firm’s CEO, Keith Coughlan commented: "We are very pleased that not only have we competed the planned drilling programme on time and within budget, but that the results are excellent, in particular with respect to the two infill drillholes on the western part of the Cinovec South deposit.”

He said: “These drillholes intersected strong lithium mineralization with significant tin and tungsten contents.”

Coughlan added: “The results from this drilling will allow the Company to convert additional resources to the Indicated status and further optimize the Cinovec South mine plan. The geological and resource model upgrade is now underway."

European Metals said a total of 2,697.1m of drilling was completed on time and without loss time accidents.

Cadence Minerals Limited (LON:KNDC) has a 20% equity stake in European Metals.
