Volt Resources Ltd (ASX:VRC) has been granted a trading halt this morning to finalise details of a placement.
Funds will be applied to the Stage 1 development of the Bunyu Graphite Project located in Tanzania.
The recent Share Purchase Plan (SPP) was received very well by investors, and had to be increased due to demand.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 6th November 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
