It noted that a board meeting took place for Baita SA so that its shareholder, the Ministry of Economy, could approve the association on the licence for the exploitation and processing of the polymetallic ore.

The AIM-quoted firm has been working on a digital currency backed by real gold for some time now under its majority-owned subsidiary TRAC technology.
Hummingbird Resources Ltd (LON:HUM) told investors that the Yanfolila mine, in Mail, remains on track and on budget, to deliver first gold by the end of the 2017. The mine developer, in a statement, reported that the construction phase of the project was around 86% complete at the end of the third quarter.

InnovaDerma PLC noted a UK Advertising Standards Authority ruling earlier relating to online advertising by the company in 2016 that was subsequently removed and said it is working with the authority to ensure all online presence is ASA compliant. The company said it continues to trade in line with market expectations for the year to 30 June 2018 and this ruling is not anticipated to have an impact on future revenues or prospects. InnovaDerma said it continues to develop its other brands and is pleased with progress to date across the portfolio.
Further to its announcement on August 18 of an equity sharing agreement with D-Beta One EQ Ltd, Wishbone Hold PLC (LON:WSBN) has confirmed that $36,723.30 was paid to the company as the first monthly payment. Going forward, the group said it intends to announce the results of their monthly payments in the second week of the month following the month in which the trading calculations are made. The company added that it is also in discussions with RiverFort Global Capital – which arranged the equity sharing agreement - regarding the allocation of future Monthly Payments.
