Landore Resources up as it continues to hit gold mineralisation at BAM East deposit

The explorer has now received the final batch of results from the last drill campaign, and its geologists are in the field looking for more new targets

Landore Resources Ltd (LON:LND) shares rose today after revealing that it has received its final assay results from its summer drill programme and they confirm that the company continued to hit wide zones of gold mineralisation.

The mineralisation was encountered within the inferred resource area of the BAM East gold deposit at the Junior Lake Property, in Ontario.

At the same time, drilling step-out has extended mineralisation to the east and the company highlighted that it remains open along strike in that direction as well as down dip.

Landore noted that a total of 78 kilograms of samples from the BAM East deposit were sent for metallurgical analysis.

Field programmes are meanwhile continuing with teams of geologists working to identify targets for the next drill campaign, the company said in a statement.
