Premier African Minerals says prospects for RHA has improved considerably

The RHA mine was boosted by better tungsten prices, and it then expects improvements in the coming months.

Premier African Minerals Ltd (LON:PREM) has told investors that the prospects for the RHA mine has improved considerably, helped by improved tungsten prices.

The company, in its interim results statement, highlighted that better prices allow it to deal with final underground development and plant modifications available over the next two months.

It expects revenues to flow as projected from the fourth quarter of this year.

Additionally, the company said it expects developments from Circum minerals and remains confident the investment will be profitable for shareholders, meanwhile, it added that lithium focussed Zulu has potential to develop into a company maker.

In Wednesday morning’s dealing the group’s shares traded up 4.4% to change hands at 0.39p.

The company reported a US$4.49mln loss for the period, with revenues of US$293,000.
