Christopher Wilks, chief financial officer at Signum Technology, has been appointed to the board of Kromek Group PLC (LON:KMK) as a non-executive director.
Prior to joining engineering group Signum, Wilks was chief financial officer of Sondex PLC, a specialist manufacturer of technical instruments for the oil and gas industry.

Sir Peter Williams, chairman of radiation technology specialist Kromek said Wilks’s intimate understanding of the physics and financial worlds will add valuable insight and expertise.
